Our Projects

Cyber-Complex Foundation, in accordance with its statutory objectives, carries out research and experimental projects:

Ranking of Internet providers based on distributed systems and statistical analysis. This is probably one of the rankings containing the most data in the statistical domain. Currently, the portal is in the early beta phase and is being continuously developed.

Distributed computing and analysis system based on BOINC platform. The system performs among others "global traceroute" and performance tests from client stations (BOINC) and other nodes (backbone and other nodes) and builds a global topological model of the Internet in a defined time window.

About Us

Cyber-Complex Foundation consists of a team of enthusiasts and people who are aware of the problems related to information technology, cyber security, computer networks and scientific problems in these areas.

Statute of the Foundation were adopted on June 17, 2020 and amended on October 16, 2020, January 16, 2021, September 29, 2025, and November 7, 2025
